| MY FELLOW CITIZENS; One of the many things I've learned from my friendships is reason is the foundation for all cause. There is always the why. People do not wake up and decide they are going to do stupid things by the people for the people do not have a true system of accountability. We elect our officials and then complain when they fail by being corrupt in their jobs, as if we cannot punish them. Liberty and justice for all means if our officials commit a crime they should go to jail like everyone else. So how is it that we allow our officials to put loopholes in our laws and then debate if they should be removed? We, the government of the people, sit and watch as if this is entertainment. The people clearly do not understand their power and this is the true problem. (Loopholes give an advantage to some - if the law does not benefit all equally then there is a flaw in Justice) So I am suggesting these three ideas: a) A Congressman's job is only to debate the topic of interest of the people openly, truthfully, and with comprehensive clarity. IT IS VITAL FOR CITIZENS TO UNDERSTAND WHAT THEY ARE BEING TOLD. An inability to perform this task is a lack of qualification for this post. If Congressmen are unable or unwilling to represent the peoples interest in a comprehensive way, they do not qualify for this job. The idea that any issue is too complicated for the people to understand is not only false, it is criminal deceit. it is for the people, after listening to a issue, to decide if they understand it or not. Then, of their own free will, they can ask for clarity on any topic of discussion. The practice of back room discussions followed by public theater must come to an END. "OUR ACTION IN CASTING OUR VOTE OPENLY ON PUBLIC ISSUES, LIKE HEALTH CARE REFORM AND TAXES, WITHOUT FEAR, IS A STATEMENT THAT AMERICA IS A DEMOCRACY. SECRET BALLOTS CAN BE USED FOR THE VOTE TO ELECT PUBLIC SERVANTS, THAT IS NECESSARY TO PROTECT CITIZENS FROM INTIMIDATION BUT OUR CIVILIZATION HAS COME TO A POINT THAT TO PROTECT OUR LIBERTY, WE MUST TAKE CONTROL OF OUR DESTINY AND I AM OF THE POINT OF VIEW THAT THIS BEGINS WITH OUR VOTE." This is why I am proposing that the power of the vote is returned to the citizens. Congressmen and elected public servants in both houses still vote on the floor and they can still argue there points to the bitter end. b) Congressmen vote on the floor for less important issues with 72 hours open vote and for more important issues 7 days open vote. Each citizen enters a room or area with live video stream and two large voting cards with the words "YES" on one and "NO" on the other. The voter picks the card that represents their voting decision, displays it to the live camera then vocally states their name, first and last, and their decision, yes or no. Those that do not want to be on video can do audio only before witnesses; no secret ballots. I am not in support of pre-made videos or secret ballots as these could create voter fraud. Each person has 10-15 seconds to state their vote while holding a voting card (example-60 seconds; take 20 seconds travel time total before, during and after the live video vote, 40 seconds voting time of at lease 10 seconds per person this is for Voting only not commenting. Create amount of video stream to accommodate registered voters, each video stream logs 17,280 voters in a straight 72 hours live stream recording. Registration is done online or in person with valid state issues IDs. Registration can be done at any time before voting ends. (4 person per minute = 240 per hr x 72hr = 17,280 voters-each video stream) c) Many of our elected servants are already rich and are not in desperate need of financial capital. This is not a requirement for this job post, it is just a fact. So reducing the pay of these public servants by 10-15% to help pay cost for what is needed without incentives (we should not pay American company's more, to do little, for the America they love) and asking for donation from those who are willing "like myself" to pay for these equipment, is one cost in at lease 3 to 5 years. Our city court houses, police stations, community centers and post offices can serve as voting locations. What do we NEED? 1- VIDEO RECORDING EQUIPMENT. 2- SECURE ONLINE STREAM PROTECTION. 3- SECURE DATABASE FOR CITIZENS TO ACCESS AND VIEW TO INSURE THERE VOTE IS RECORDED AS THEY VOTED. AND 4- ACCESS TO POST OUR VOTE ON PUBLIC SOCIAL NETWORKS LIKE FACEBOOK AND TWITTER TO MOTIVATE CITIZENS TO GET INVOLVED. These are my three proposals for clarity. Please contact me. I believe if the people are involved in the vote on public issues like health care and taxes and they establish a true accountability system then this will save our republic from what it now is, "A PLAYGROUND FOR THE WEALTHY DESIRES". I will always speak my truth. What is the reason for the learned to watch such evil and act so helpless? The people of the United States are cowards living behind the lie of what we cannot do rather than locking up these criminals that sell off liberty to lobbyist then claim Obama can't lead or that its Congresses fault. It's OUR FAULT! We are the People Government so if we do not enforce the law on the corrupt we elect to represent us, who looking for when i went to watch The One, Obama, get sworn in. This is the change I heard in the words of my 2008 Obama. So I have to ask is he that man now in the White House? If he is, that is the man we lovers of liberty want to war for! I AM READY. The action of taking citizens away without question and not allowing citizens to have representation is a crime that destroys our Constitution. We must stop this crime NOW!
